The local question

A recognizable brand.
Local relevance.

Commercial cleaning buyers have different priorities. An office manager may care about first impressions. A medical facility may focus on patient confidence. A school may need clean, welcoming learning spaces.

JAM develops content around those concerns. Each piece has a clear subject, a relevant visual, and a practical message that helps explain why the service matters.

Shared brand ideas support consistency across markets. Local people, projects, and community stories give each location its own voice.

These JAM-produced examples start with distinct buyer concerns. The visuals make an idea clear; the captions develop the practical reason to care.

The JAM approach

More than
a posting schedule.

Creative production connected to a clear communication plan—with performance review guiding future topics and creative choices.

01

Plan for the buyer

Choose topics that matter to the people each location wants to reach.

02

Create with purpose

Develop visuals and captions that make a useful message clear.

03

Connect locally

Adapt content for each platform and include a practical next step.

04

Review and improve

Use performance results to guide future topics and creative choices.

Across locations

A repeatable approach.
A stronger local voice.

The Stratus Clean program shows how a multi-location brand can maintain consistent messaging while speaking to different local audiences.

The selected results show progress across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram—not just activity on a single page.

This gives franchise teams a steady flow of content to support their local presence between their own updates.

The next engagement path

A reason to engage
before a quote.

JAM developed the Cleaning Coverage Score to give buyers who are not ready for a quote a useful first step.

Strengthening the offer

The next phase focuses on strengthening the offer. A free assessment alone may not give a buyer enough reason to act, especially when they are not ready to speak with a cleaning company. A useful first step should explain what they will learn and how it can help them make a better decision.

The Cleaning Coverage Score, presented as a Cleaning Plan Review on Commercial Cleaning Network, asks seven questions and is designed to return a score and practical priorities by email. A visitor can then choose whether to contact a local cleaning team.

The Score is still being prepared for its first test. JAM has not reported participation, inquiries, or sales from it. We will measure what buyers do when the test begins.

About these results

Figures come from the supplied March 1–May 31, 2026 report. Percentage changes reflect the comparisons shown by the reporting tool and are rounded. Results are selected account-level measures; they do not isolate JAM’s contribution or represent confirmed leads or sales. Calgary’s new LinkedIn page started from a small base.

Comparison graphics show indexed values, with the previous period set to 100. They show relative growth, not audience totals or a trend over time. Different platform measures are not added together.
